How to Cancel Your Booking

1. Cancel via Dashboard: You can cancel your booking directly through your dashboard up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Simply log in to your account, go to the ‘Bookings’ section, and follow the cancellation instructions.

2. Cancel via Email: If you prefer, you can send us an email with your booking information to [email protected]. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Booking reference number
  • Date and time of the scheduled tour

Our team will process your cancellation request and confirm it via email.

Why It’s Important to Cancel

It’s always better to cancel than to do a no-show. By cancelling in advance:

  • You save us time: We won’t wait for you unnecessarily.
  • You can plan for another day: Cancelling allows you to reschedule your tour for a more convenient time.

Important Cancellation Policy
